Terms of Service

By downloading or using MindSprout (com.brainpal.app), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of the App

MindSprout is a self-discipline and digital wellbeing tool designed to help you monitor and limit short-form video consumption on Android.

2. Free Trial & Annual Subscription

• MindSprout Pro (mindsprout_annual_pro) includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, followed by an auto-renewing annual subscription billed through your Google Play Store account.
• You may cancel your free trial or subscription at any time in the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions menu at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period to avoid renewal charges.

3. 12-Hour Anti-Cheat Lock

When you confirm a daily quota change in MindSprout, the app locks your quota and shield settings for 12 hours as an intentional commitment feature. You remain in full control of your device and can disable permissions in Android system settings at any time.
